Project origination services for an international IPP followed by transaction advisory on the Gabias project, covering technical due diligence, transaction structuring and M&A support up to signing stage.
The client, a Turkish IPP, had to source Spanish PV and storage projects and then take one of them — Gabias — through diligence and structuring to an acquisition decision.
One Hub Energy first provided project origination services to Fortis Energy. On the Gabias project the mandate then moved to transaction advisory, covering the technical due diligence, the financial structuring of the transaction and the M&A support through the process.
