Independent technical due diligence across a 300+ MWp PV acquisition pipeline
Independent TDD across multiple operating and pre-acquisition PV plants in Spain, yield assessment from SCADA and satellite data, EPC performance-test review and seller-report verification with negotiation support.
The investor needed independent verification of yield and technical risk across a fast-moving acquisition pipeline, where seller-provided due diligence could not be taken at face value.
One Hub Energy reviewed site-specific information and the as-built design materials, and produced independent energy yield assessments from SCADA-level operational data and from satellite data, comparing the seller TDD PVsyst against our own model and against the operational data to verify current performance constraints. Scope also covered component warranties and certificates, grid connection documentation, the technical aspects of consents and permits for the plants and substations, the status of environmental monitoring and the discharge of planning conditions, plus review of leases and access routes against project dimensions. One Hub Energy reviewed EPC performance tests, valued grid curtailment and ancillary services, ran thermal imaging of panels, fed inputs such as electricity production and operating expenditure into the client's financial model, prepared the project analysis Q&A, and took part in technical discussions with the seller including the review of the SPA and its technical annexes.
"Independent TDDs were delivered across multiple PV acquisitions (24–62 MW each), with energy yield assessments and negotiation support."

- Independent energy yield assessments (SCADA + satellite)
- TDD verification reports
- Curtailment and ancillary services valuation
- SPA technical annex review
- Negotiation Q&A support
Briefings require signing a bilateral NDA for full technical metrics disclosure.
