Transaction due diligence for 90 MW of BESS: technical restrictions and ancillary services revenue
Technical restrictions analysis and ancillary services revenue forecasting (aFRR, mFRR, RR) for the due diligence of two BESS projects of 30 MW and 60 MW, plus market representative assessment and advisory.
The transaction required the effect of technical restrictions and the ancillary services revenue outlook to be quantified for both assets before the deal could be closed.
One Hub Energy ran the technical restrictions analysis for both BESS assets and modelled ancillary services revenue across aFRR, mFRR and RR to feed the transaction due diligence. The scope also included the assessment of and advisory on the market representative for the assets.
