One Hub Energy acted as technical advisor on the acquisition: technical and commercial review of the plant, analysis of its historical generation, and an independent verification of the technical due diligence reports issued by the seller. The mandate ran through the teaser and stages of the transaction, with One Hub Energy supporting the client in the negotiation.
