Technical due diligence for a 100 MW ready-to-build PV pipeline
Full technical due diligence for the acquisition of a 100 MW (2 × 50 MWp) ready-to-build PV pipeline, design and equipment review, energy yield, EPC cost, grid connection, permitting status and environmental verification.
The buyer was handed a seller-prepared technical due diligence for two ready-to-build plants and needed it independently verified before committing to the pipeline.
One Hub Energy carried out a full verification of the seller's technical due diligence together with a detailed review of the Virtual Data Room, asset by asset. The final report covered project overview and risk categorisation, technical assessment of design and equipment including potential improvements, energy production analysis with a comparison between the TDD PVsyst, our own PVsyst and the operational data provided, EPC cost estimate, technical and economic assessment of the grid connection, permitting status (planning, grid access, land use), equipment warranties, environmental verification and overall conclusions and recommendations. One Hub Energy also prepared the project analysis Q&A and supported the client during discussions and meetings with the seller.
"A full technical due diligence and verification of the seller's reports and Virtual Data Room was delivered for the 100 MW RTB PV pipeline, with Q&A support during negotiations."
