Bankable hybridisation study for a ~200 MW PV portfolio
Hybridisation study of a PV portfolio with BESS: revenue scenario simulations with One Hub Energy curves, a digital twin to compare configurations, financial modelling with IRR, NPV and sensitivities, and a bankability report with probabilistic scenarios for the investment committee.
The investment committee needed a bankable basis to decide on hybridising a PV portfolio, with visibility on the revenue range and on which configuration was actually optimal.
One Hub Energy ran the hybridisation study for the PV portfolio with BESS integration, simulating high, medium and low revenue scenarios using One Hub Energy price curves and building a digital twin to compare candidate configurations. Financial modelling covered IRR, NPV and sensitivities, on top of a pre-feasibility and regulatory assessment. The engagement was extended to hybridisation feasibility studies for four PV projects, with basic engineering, technical documentation, detailed cost assessments and a development roadmap.
"A bankability report with probabilistic scenarios was delivered for the investment committee decision, with ~200 MW evaluated, plus basic engineering, technical documentation and a development roadmap for the hybridisation of four PV projects."
