Svea Solar was taking the Fjällskär 2 wind farm in Sweden through its EPC phase. A developer contracting construction needs a technical counterweight to the EPC contractor, one that answers to the owner and not to the works schedule. That role had to cover both the contractual EPC side and day-to-day owner's engineering.
One Hub Energy acted as EPC adviser and Owner's Engineer for Fjällskär 2. The team provided EPC and construction advisory for the wind farm on behalf of Svea Solar. In parallel, One Hub Energy covered the technical office and owner's engineering scope for the same asset. Both services were delivered as a single engagement during 2023, so that the contractual EPC view and the technical supervision of the project sat with the same independent party.
