EV charging infrastructure opportunity management across five European markets
Technical and commercial evaluation of more than 30 CPO proposals for light-duty and heavy-duty charging, with coordination of private competitive processes and negotiation with international operators.
The network owner had to identify and compare EV charging infrastructure opportunities across five European markets, with no internal benchmark of what charge point operators were offering or of the commercial terms available.
One Hub Energy managed and analysed EV charging infrastructure opportunities across five European markets, covering Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Slovenia. We carried out the technical and commercial evaluation of more than 30 CPO proposals for light-duty and heavy-duty projects, representing an aggregate deployment potential of over 25 MW. We then coordinated the private competitive processes, reviewed the contractual documentation and led the commercial negotiation with more than 15 international operators.
"One Hub Energy took part in the successful close of several agreements with the selected operators."
