One Hub Energy reviewed the EMS and O&M strategies to establish a proper procurement and operational framework for the BESS, assessed the technical and commercial proposals of the shortlisted BESS manufacturers, provided technical support in the negotiation of the long-term service agreements (LTSA), and reviewed the QA/QC protocols and spare-parts provisions.
