Development directorship for the 148 MW / 296.75 MWh La Farga BESS
One Hub Energy runs the development directorship of the La Farga standalone battery project in Spain, managing land control and the grid access and connection process while the project advances through development.
La Farga is a standalone battery project of 148 MW / 296.75 MWh. At that scale the project only exists if two things hold: control of the land and a firm grid access and connection position. Both run on administrative timelines the owner does not control, which is what makes development directorship the critical function at this stage.
One Hub Energy acts as development director for the project. It manages the land option and the subsequent lease, securing site control for the battery. It also manages the grid access and connection process end to end. The mandate is structured to move the project forward through its development phase, with the administrative track recorded against milestones: admission of the administrative procedure in January 2024, DIA in July 2025 and AAP in April 2026.
"The land option and lease and the grid access and connection process are managed, and the project has advanced through development. The project is recorded as being in active development, so this is a live mandate rather than a closed one."
