On-site PPA generation solutions for an industrial site
Development of on-site power generation solutions (carport, ground-mounted and rooftop PV with BESS) for industrial self-consumption under on-site PPAs, with hourly energy modelling for PV + BESS sizing.
The client had to decarbonise an industrial production site and reduce its energy cost through on-site PPAs, without taking on development risk itself.
One Hub Energy designed the on-site generation options — carport, ground-mounted and rooftop PV with BESS — and ran hourly energy modelling to size the PV + BESS configuration against the site's load. In parallel, One Hub Energy advised on the procurement of a corporate renewable PPA for the production site: PPA strategy and Spanish market analysis, RFQ design and execution, identification and shortlisting of PPA suppliers, and term-sheet structuring and negotiation support. The on-site PV generation solution was tendered under the same engagement.
