Rooftop PV revamping under specific remuneration: 360 MWh/year
Revamping of a 300 kW rooftop PV installation under a specific remuneration scheme, including subsidies management, permitting to ready-to-build, engineering, commissioning and construction supervision.
An ageing rooftop PV asset operating under a specific remuneration scheme had to be modernised without losing its regime, and public subsidies had to be captured.
One Hub Energy acted as owner's engineer across the full revamping. We assessed the technical and economic feasibility of revamping the 300 kW rooftop installation under its specific remuneration scheme, managed the subsidy application and handled the permitting — including permit updates — through to ready-to-build. One Hub Energy then produced the basic and construction engineering, commissioned the main equipment and ran on-site monitoring and works management to hold the highest quality and safety criteria.
This client does not authorise the use of its brand. The mandate is published without name, logo, photography or location: the technical scope and the scale are real and auditable, the identity is not disclosed.
"The 300 kW revamping was delivered from feasibility to commissioning, with subsidy application, permits and construction supervision, reaching 360 MWh/year of production and +42% of remunerable hours."
