This case study focuses on the Prologis BTM project, which covers 11 strategic locations in Spain. The project involves the provision of consulting services for the development of an innovative business model to facilitate the distribution of energy from the client's photovoltaic (PV) assets to local consumers. With an installed capacity of 11 MWp, the main focus of the project is to optimize energy distribution to maximize efficiency and sustainability, while developing a sound commercial strategy to maximize the potential of the energy assets.
