The data are processed for the purpose of sending information about our services, publications and market analysis, and are managed through the HubSpot platform acting as data processor.

The data will be kept until the data subject withdraws their consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link included in every communication or by writing to connect@onehub.energy; unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Third parties and data processors

ONE HUB ENERGIA S.L. does not transfer personal data to third parties without the express consent of the data subjects, except by legal obligation or service necessity.

Certain providers access data as Data Processors (art. 28 GDPR), including for web hosting and CRM. We use HubSpot, Inc. (25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA) to manage forms and communications, with the corresponding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for international transfers (arts. 28 and 46 GDPR). HubSpot processes data only in accordance with the instructions of ONE HUB ENERGIA S.L.

We also use Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for audience measurement and tag management (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), under the corresponding data processing terms. Where those services involve a transfer to Google LLC (USA), it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (art. 46 GDPR). These tools are only activated if you accept analytics cookies.

Curriculum vitae submissions

Personal data provided when submitting a curriculum vitae to participate in recruitment processes will be processed for the purpose of managing the application. Data will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years, after which they will be deleted with confidentiality guaranteed. During the retention period, data may be communicated to group companies for the same purposes. Data subjects are advised to update their data if changes occur.

Confidentiality and professional secrecy

Data collected in all private communications between ONE HUB ENERGIA S.L. and users will be treated with absolute confidentiality. Analytics and behavioural advertising cookies (Google, HubSpot) are only activated after the user accepts them through the banner or configuration panel. Rejecting them prevents their installation without affecting basic access to the site.

The website loads Google Tag Manager, which does not itself install analytics cookies: it acts as a container and honours the consent state (Consent Mode v2), which defaults to denied until the user chooses.

In addition to the contact form, the website uses HubSpot's form system, which loads with the page so the forms can be displayed.
