Analysis of the preliminary technical design to validate its feasibility, consistency with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.

Solar resource analysis and energy yield estimation (Energy Yield Assessment)
Evaluation of the solar resource at the site and modeling of the expected energy production, considering losses, yield factors and climatic data.

Technical review of preliminary land lease or purchase contracts.
Analysis of option contracts on land plots, including available surface, connection infrastructures, easements and accesses.

Evaluation of the grid connection point
Review of the technical documentation prepared by the developer during the access and connection application process, including capacity, technical conditions and network operator requirements.

Permits, regulation and administrative processes
Summary of the applicable administrative procedure, identification of the current status of the project, and regulatory analysis based on progress and available documentation.

Preparation of conclusions and recommendations
Drafting of a technical report with clear conclusions and strategic and technical recommendations on the feasibility and next steps of the project.

Direct dialogue with the developer
Coordination with the developer to gather additional information, clarify critical points and validate key aspects of the project.
